About the event

Come and allow yourself to drop your burdens and breathe.

Join me for a 30 minute meditation using breathe awareness techniques. I will provide gentle cues to still the mind and relax the body.

After each session, you are likely to feel more relaxed and at ease.

These events are free to the public and all are welcome.

CALLING ALL WEARY TRAVELERS

I welcome you to drop your burdens, call off the search, and silence the mind. Weariness comes from the false belief that you must travel from point A to point B. In fact, the traveler goes nowhere but simply recognizes they are already home.
